When my Dear Friend started the fundraiser on Facebook, I soon after, decided that I would keep everyone updated on what was going on in our lives. We had so many who were truly concerned and was praying for us and inquiring about us, that I figured, I might as well Put it all out there. Before I started sharing this journey, I thought long and hard about it. I knew that I would have to swallow my pride and I also knew that many would lose what little respect for me that they may have had. I also knew that I would lose some friends in the process and also, many of our "Nosey" Relatives would also be offended, But I weighed the options and figured that those who Truly Cared about us would stay by our side and would continue the Prayers. Well, Most of them Did stay by our side and has continued to support us, whether it was financially, spiritually or both and God showed me that it was Not Hopeless and that there are Truly Wonderful and Caring Angels in a World that can be very Heartless and without compassion. They Gave us the Hope and the Will to keep on and to Never give up and to Always Trust in God! With Gods help, Our Facebook Friends Truly saved our lives!
We are Not out of the woods. My Husband has missed work since last Friday since the water pump went out, but with his small paycheck that he gets tomorrow, we are going to fix the car and get some clothes washed at the laundrymat. We had planned on paying for a week at the motel, but Our car has to be the first Priority right now so that my husband can continue to work. We had spent only one night in the car so far, but it is looking like we may be staying in the car after Sunday morning, until his next paycheck on the 19th, but atleast we will have a car to stay in.
