Back Again!

It has been about 10 days since I have been able to update my blog. We have been riding the Emotional Roller Coaster, as usual, but things are looking up!

My husband got a job at a local Pizza place and he will start this week sometime. We will have the details, hopefully tomorrow! We will be about 2 to 3 weeks behind on the motel stay, but they agreed that we can stay until he gets paid, because they know that we are good, honest people and we will pay them. It is going to be really rough until he gets paid. I don't think some people realize what it takes to survive, even little things, like paper plates, cups, everyday household needs. grooming and personal needs, not to mention gas for the car and food to get by!

We are truly Blessed to be able to stay here now and not have to worry about being out in our car, in the cold. We also had a good Samaritan that lives in my town, from my Facebook friends, bring us some canned foods and some other things from the grocery. That too was a Blessing! The food won't last long, with 3 adults, but it sure is a Huge Help and we are Very Thankful! :)

I still miss Hot, Home cooked meals really bad, but canned food is so much better then no food and Many people who are homeless don't get even that! It is Sad that their is so many who are going Hungry right now as I am writing this, and yet so little care to do anything!

I do have a Wish List even though nobody will probably care! I would Love to get a toaster, a crock pot, an electric hot plate or something like that. A skillet or Pan to cook in and some microwaveable dishes and cookware. I could atleast make some microwaveavable Hot meals if I had something to work with! Of course we would need cooking oil and other foods too! Gas is always an issue and car repairs are too. It will take awhile to catch up with our bills and repair our car and to actually have spending money to buy these items that I want, but atleast it is a Step in the right direction and we will get there eventually!
